1996 ERRAZURIZ Cabernet Sauvignon,
El Ciebo Estate, Aconagua Valley
Here's
a nice value. Dark berries, vanilla and smoky oak are generously present
in the flavors and aromas of this Chilean red. In addition, further
complexity is revealed by nuances of smoky, beefy meat lurking somewhere
in the background. It finishes with black currants and a smoky
spiciness. It is medium bodied, round, but has a nice note of acidity. A
great bargain for well under $10!
