Le Cask is a family owned winery committed to bringing only the best California Old Vine Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay wines by the glass in their easy to use cask. Le Cask stays fresh for 4-6 weeks after opening. It's wine, on tap. The bag-in-box packaging prevents oxidation of flavors that will occur in partially consumed bottles. The family works with growers that are commtted to environmentally sound vineyard practices to enhance their traditional wine making methods.
