Tablas Creek Vineyard

Tablas Creek Vineyard   cont'              We are a certified organic vineyard, although we don't make organic wine (as we use sulfur in the winemaking process).  Tablas held a conference on Organic viticulture in April that drew representatives from 75 wineries... everyone from big guys like Mondavi and Gallo to quality smaller producers like Ridge, Saxum, and Qupe to quirky little guys like Sine Qua Non.  Future Releases: "Cotes de Tablas Blanc" and a Roussanne in September.                                       << Previous
