Seven Peaks Winery

1997 SEVEN PEAKS Chardonnay, Central Coast  Pronounced oaky vanilla aromas, with a touch of apple, pear and citrus, carry nicely onto the palate. Soft and round in the mouth, it ends with big, lingering honey flavors. Adequate, but missing some balancing citrus acidity mid-palate.  About $12.  12/10/99
