JUSTIN 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles
Plenty of ripe fruit on the palate yields to chocolate and sweet oak on the finish. Virtually aroma free, this youngster probably needs more time in the bottle to develop aromatically. But, with its soft tannins and medium body, the ample amount of juicy fruit flavors makes it tempting to drink now.
