1995 ROSENBLUM CELLARS Merlot, Russian River Valley Lone Oak
Vineyard
Restrained aromas of vanilla and oak with a suggestion of dark berries are
present in the nose of this California red. Then, flavors of dark fruit with
teases of chocolate, vanilla and oak lurk about, culminating in a somewhat
shallow fruit finish. Celebrated winemaker seems to miss the mark on this one.
