This
Aussie Chard offers up aromas and flavors of ripe apple, orange blossom
and minerals. The palate is soft and understated and the stony mineral
notes are the most noteworthy. Its an unexpected combination, with the
usual oak characteristics conspicuously absent, but, although slightly off
beat, its refreshing for its touch of citrus acidity that shows up on
the finish.
